After a series of challenges (jumps, turns, head, shoulders, knees and toes) players must run to the coach's left or right - who can be quickest to react and be the first there! This then progresses to a chasing game between the oranges and the yellows. Great fun for player and coach.

Information Section

Context

A fun warm up to engage the mind as well as the body. The original section was taken from a Steve McClaren fun warm upsession with Derby County. We then adapted it to include the favourite "Rats and Rabbits" game, which in this video is orange versus yellow.

We hoped to cover our costs through site advertising but unfortunately, we were unable to gain the necessary support for our ethical approach from either sport related companies, the media or clubs in the professional game. To continue providing and funding quality coaching videos on our platform, we have now switched to a subscription-based model.
