This possession based game adds purpose to the build up play. It involves 2 teams of 4 competing for possession and the assistance of the 4 neutrals on the borders of the playing area. When in possession, teams look to work the ball to 3 of the neutrals, and then dribble over the 4th side of the box. It's useful for getting players to spread the play, make the pitch big and then attack at pace, increasing the tempo to take advantage of the build up play and be incisive.
