We enjoy using this one to focus our goalkeepers. The intense nature of always having a new challenge keeps them on their toes.
Coaching Objective
Test the goalkeepers awareness and ability to weigh up a new situation each time they switch sides of the goal.

Any references to this video being ‘free’ relate to when we launched the website in 2018, when all our videos were free of charge. Coaching Points
Work on the getting the goalkeepers in to a "ready" position from multiple angles - their angle to the goal, the distance to slow down, their footwork.
Keep the ball moving between the markers at each end to make the angle of attack as unpredicatable as possible.
Make the exercise high intensity. We want to test awareness both when they are sharp and when they are tired.
