This technical game features 3 pairs of players: 2 defenders, 2 shielders and 2 support players - working across two adjoining boxes. Support players play the ball into a shielding player who looks to shield the ball from the defender until the support players enter their box and create a 3v1 situation. Players retain possession until they can play the ball into the other box, where a shielding player awaits, marked by a defender. How many switches of play can each pair manage? The video also includes 3v3+2 and 4v4+2 variations.
